I would caution anyone being fooled by the way this place appears on the outside...there's issues with maintenance not doing their job and covering up serious things like black mold and property management going along with it. Big apartment complexes like these think they're above the Law. I think they take advantage of people, especially young people who've never dealt with these issues before.
The appt complex is nice, and they have a pool. It is a really clustered area with so many apartments and not so many parking spaces. The cleaning process between renters was very poor.
