I stayed here for a year. Didn't find any problem. The leasing office and maintainance staff is very friendly and polite. Any maintainance request gets addressed with priority. During snow storm snow removal also very good. Very good security, and surrounding. Near to good schools. The shuttle service to Quincy centre is very good, in fact on request the management added another time slot, which was very helpfull. Decent Gym and indoor play area. We just moved here 5 months back.Don't ever choose this apartment.sewage smell keeps coming in our unit often even after reporting the issues multiple times it's not fully resolved.Also package goes missing a lot of times.Rat issue is a very big problem here.its been 9 months and the rat issue is not completely resolved
If you want to drop 200+ on renters insurance and then be accused and harassed 24/7 of not having it (even though I’ve sent proof over 10 times now) by all means go ahead and live here. Appalled and disgusted actually and I cannot wait to leave!
