This was the worst experience I ever had. There was a language barrier between the nail tech and me, which made it frustrating to say the least. When she finally understood my request for a simple pedicure, my nail polish was not not smooth. When I was asked how my experience was as I was checking out, I was honest. The person who checked me out asked if she could have my number so that the manager could call me to try to make things better for me. It's been several weeks; I have heard nothing. Do NOT go there!
My tech is Hannah. She always do beautiful job on my nail!
I came in a week ago and pondered to write a review. I saw Hannah and I could not believe how I was treated. When I walked in she was standing with another nail technician and I said I was checking in with Hannah. Not sure what was so funny, I never had an appointment with her so of course I would not recognize her. After my pedicure the color was way off. Today I had the worst customer service experience of my life at this nail salon, and I’ll never be back. I had a routine dip appointment with Nick, a technician I’ve always liked. I chose a color (number 43), but once Nick started, I noticed the shade was more moss green than the seafoam green I wanted. After pointing it out, Nick suggested trying a darker color, which turned out even worse. I got my pedicure today and it was perfect. The salon was clean and everyone so friendly ! Definitely I will be back!
