I had such a wonderful massage experience! 🫠 She used a variety of techniques, 🪄including what felt like some myofascial release, which really helped ease my tension. The neck and shoulder work was excellent, and the scalp massage‍♀️ was an absolute favorite. Her room was very neat and clean, with a calming atmosphere, soothing music , and peaceful sounds that made it easy to fully relax. The loved the heated bed as well. Everything felt so thoughtful and professional—I’ll definitely be back! This woman is a healer.

My shoulders were stuck up within my neck & my left arm & hand was swollen from lymph drainage disturbances. Afterwards, my shoulders are sitting right where they should & noticeable improvement in edema area. There was no interrogation during the treatment , if I asked a question , it was answered , but no jabbering, which I appreciate. Transportive ambience fills her massage studio. Time will feel like it’s going slow, but will also fly by from the relaxation of Teyanna’s skilled hands. Every aspect of the appointment was wonderful! Look no further for a massage therapist in Murfreesboro!

Teyauna is truly amazing!!! I am someone who tends to hold their stress in their upper and lower back as well has having hip issues, so massages are great for me to get and she knows what she is doing!!! Prior to my service I was dealing with some anxiety issues which I shared with Teyauna and she made sure I was able to relax by placing headphones on and listening to soothing spa music which helped me feel more relaxed. I highly recommend sessions with Teyauna !
