This place is racist as hell. Check out the court case and follow the docket. Burks v. Highmark Residential LLC. They are currently in a civil action lawsuit filed in florida federal court. After this was filed they started kicking all the white people out and moving ------ in. This is done in an effort to prove to the courts that they do not profile based on race.
