My motorcycle was vandalized in the parking garage at Uptown Square. Roughly $300-$600 worth of damage. I reached out regarding this matter and never got a response. It was subsequently stolen from the same garage a few weeks later. I have reached out multiple times since then, and still have not received any response from you. Since I've moved in Uptown square apartments, the gates to the garage are broken and left wide open for months at time. At least 7 abandoned vehicles taking up valuable parking spaces, which can be scarce since the gates are wide open tenants just tell their friends just park in our garage. It's obvious because on weekends it fills to capacity. Since they dont give parking stickers, several people park multiple vehicles, including ones that dont run. Greedy, unresponsive, unsympathetic. Stay as far away as possible
Awful management company with incompetent & absolutely lazy staff at their properties. It has been a horrible & stressful experience living at Uptown Square Apartments, a property they manage or better yet lack to manage. Just a bunch of people collecting paychecks not giving a care in the world. Stay away.
