Awful management company with incompetent & absolutely lazy staff at their properties. It has been a horrible & stressful experience living at Uptown Square Apartments, a property they manage or better yet lack to manage. Just a bunch of people collecting paychecks not giving a care in the world. Stay away.
If I owned shares in an SREIT and I was looking for a management company I would stay so far away from this company. I would not trust them as a fiduciary manager for the investment. Also I would give pause to purchasing shares in a REIT that uses this company as a manager. Caveat Emptor
FYI, if you’re thinking of moving into uptown square. Your vehicle is. It safe inside the paid resident parking garage. Multiple car break ins and smashed windows. The leasing office told me even though we pay for secure parking, they don’t guarantee there will be no break ins. The garage gates are always unplugged and stay open. The homeless and ppl off the street walk right up to the upper floors and smash windows regularly. Just beware of this before moving here.
