Highmark is a great builder that i highly recommend. I bought my home this past year, which was built/occupancy in 2019. I had a small leakage in the basement which was not covered under tarion. I spoke with highmark and the builder came by the same day and fixed the issue. He was very kind and advised to reach out to the builder should there be any issues. Highmark focuses on customer care and quality of homes. Their staff were kind and easy to speak to. I will look to buy a home from them next time I'm in the market.
I would recommend with great confidence and conviction. A+ builder.
