Can't recommend Highmark. They overcharged me, then did not complete the work I had paid for. Then they totally ignored my numerous calls and texts. Very disappointing. Be sure to get everything in writing before they do anything and don't pay until they are done or you will get ripped off.

HighMark Construction has done multiple jobs for Tracy C. which she has always been 100% satisfied with, to the point of hiring us to do multiple jobs. This particular job, she needed topsoil added to her front yard, she was told we were working on another job and there was a possibility that we may have extra dirt and if so, we would be happy to drop it off here at her rental house. There was no extra dirt from that job, therefor she did not receive the free dirt but, she was only charged for work that was done to her renta... read more
