I wish 0 stars was an option. Expected much more from a blue cross blue shield affiliate. Lemme tell you as bad as united healthcare is ITS STILL BETTER THAN THIS. Absolutely insane telling me to be covered with my PPO plan I have to have over 2000$ worth of bills for them to cover 80%……….. I could explain my exact situation but the whole point is don’t go here
This is the worst company I ever had to deal with just trying to get answers to simple questions. Absolutely the worst!!!
I have insurance through this company through work. I never received an insurance card or paperwork with my member number and have been trying for weeks to get it. The phone system often hangs up, it requires a member number to speak to anyone. If I call the new customer line to try and speak with anyone the line goes dead. I have sent emails on the website several times, no response. Horrible, nonexistent customer service. I am really angry I have to deal with this awful company.
