Their plans for the most part work well. But when you have a benefit where you have to pay first and get reimbursed they are impossible. You have to call repeatedly and you get a different story every time you call. It takes 3-5 calls to finally get your money back and they drag it out for months. Had enough of them moving to a different company for next year.
Very helpful info sessions. Lots of options. Easy parking in the back. Unbiased information provided. They even acknowledged that one of their programs was not competitively priced this year.
