Been here a lot of times - and for some reason I always hope something will be different - but it consistently disappoints. The main issue is the service. Highly Likely positions itself as a contemporary, elevated LA-rooted cafe, but the service does not meet even basic LA standards. Amazing food and loved sitting outside
I want to like this place, the build out is great, the seating is perfect, the vibe is cool, the food is good… but once you walk in it’s super confusing. For bfast and lunch they want you to order at the register. However, while you’re standing in line there’s no access to a menu. So you stand there waiting in a line, get to the register, and grab a menu stacked next to the register while everyone behind you waits. It feels so stressful and hurried to figure out what you want.
