Family of 7, we trust the doctors with all of our eye care. Been patients for 13 years and won't change. There have been times that we did not have insurance that they accepted. We continued seeing them, even when paying out of pocket. GREAT selection of eyewear. Vision therapy worked wonders with some of our kids. When they do it as teens and can explain how it helps, you know it works.
Got email reminder for my appointment then they called to cancel my appointment because I was supposed to be 30 minutes earlier for the appointment. Took a day off work for nothing. How sucks!
I've been going here for years. They diagnosed my son with a vision issue and after 6 months of vision therapy, his eyes are working correctly. Very friendly staff.
Had two bad experiences here. Both with the same older Doctor. Not sure if she just don't like minorities or what. She was rude to my wife and suggested things my wife didn't have. Second time, I arrived 90 mins early, sat there waiting. 2 hours later, they take me to the room where I waited another 20 mins. The older lady Doctor came in and the first thing she said was, we are running late because of people like you on their cell phones. This was after 140 minutes of me waiting. Because of this doctor, we will not return.
Best doctors, best staff, best care and no matter where i might live I will always go back for my eyecare. This place is family.
