My daughter was a first-time coop buyer. The broker Sandra Rodriguez duped her into signing a buyer representative agreement that made her pay her an extra 1% commission above the 2% she was already getting from the seller. She told my daughter the seller would likely pay it, but then came after her to pay it without trying to get the seller to pay.
