From the beginning, the entire Highline Place team accepted Mom with open arms. Even though we experienced some challenges with our original memory care provider, Highline Place chose to look at our unique situation with an open and flexible mindset. Our previous concerns were quickly addressed and dismissed. Highline Place should be commended for their approach, outlook, and overall care plan. What a great company! They are super supportive with anything you may need! Best place to be!
As a staff member of this community, I can confidently say that if I were ever to find myself with dementia, this is where I would want to live out my days. I have heard from private memory care providers that facilities like this with other dementia patients is the best place to be. We offer constant exercise, physical therapy, activities, snacks; everything a person could want. And best of all they are still creating new friendships and lasting relationships with family, staff and caregivers. This place is truly wonderful ... read more
Highline place is full of people who will care for your family and interact with them and make them feel like they are at home! I love all the activities they do for all the residents ! I completely recommend this place for any of your family members struggling with memory loss :)
