They bill you multiple times for the same labs that you’ve already paid for. And then they threaten to screw up your credit if you don’t continue to pay for the exact same lab; exact same price. Poor customer service and they add on costs that were not there when you asked and had the labs drawn
These guys are crooks! Just started sending me bills out of the blue, I never agreed or signed anything. Doctor told me that I should not pay, it was an error, but they double charged and wont credit. Stay away, I am reaching out to a lawyer and better business bureau. These crooks need to be shut down! Not to mention they started talking about my medical condition asking me about it. I going to file a HIPPA complaint as well.
I got important information from them in an email an hour before they were supposed to close for the weekend and of course no one answers the phone.
