This place will tell you that they have to except you regardless and not even care what you are actually asking… I don’t care if you HAVE to accept me, will my freaking insurance pay you? Will you bill me and not even charge the insurance that I gave you? The don’t know or care!
I paid my bill in full by Papaya Payments at the beginning of February, 2025. Later on, they text to me many times to pay the bill. Then I called them to confirm what I did with my confirmation number. On May, they mailed me the Final Notice. How? What? Why? I think you guys do not help people you wanted money is priority.
I just called asking if I should come in with how I'm feeling and I got hung up on just after asking if I should come in. Yay me.
Came here at around 11pm. The front desk was super friendly and got me checked in without me saying much as I couldn't talk well. The triage nurse was very attentive, friendly and seemed to genuinely care. Not that I want to make a habit of being in the ER but if I needed to be this is where I would go and recommend to others. The ER is terrible, as the nurses lack professionalism. This is the second time I have brought my mom here, and I observed the nurses not using gloves while caring for patients. One nurse even gave my mom medication without wearing gloves, and another attempted to take vital signs without cleaning the tools. This place desperately needs to improve its staff training on hygiene, professionalism, and patient care. I hope that I never ever get to visit this place again.
