I just called asking if I should come in with how I'm feeling and I got hung up on just after asking if I should come in. Yay me.
Came here at around 11pm. The front desk was super friendly and got me checked in without me saying much as I couldn't talk well. The triage nurse was very attentive, friendly and seemed to genuinely care. Not that I want to make a habit of being in the ER but if I needed to be this is where I would go and recommend to others. Wanted to edit my review and say they need a new billing company. I received 1 bill in the mail and it said 3rd notice. The ER is terrible, as the nurses lack professionalism. This is the second time I have brought my mom here, and I observed the nurses not using gloves while caring for patients. One nurse even gave my mom medication without wearing gloves, and another attempted to take vital signs without cleaning the tools. This place desperately needs to improve its staff training on hygiene, professionalism, and patient care. I hope that I never ever get to visit this place again.
