We’ve had two separate appointments at Highline for my son and I. We both saw Dr. Francois. My son saw her for a couple of issues including keratosis pilaris on this face, which he was seeking help for. She offered nothing but some thick cream from her sample drawer and said it would eventually go away (he’s had it for 3 years). We saw another dermatologist two weeks later in kalispell, immediately prescribed prescription creams and my son’s face looks almost cleared of his condition after a few weeks of treatment.
