Every time I bought flower here dried to a crisp, old, and smells like a drawer. It's never fresh and aroma is completely gone. This is typical Ontario government cannabis. Don't waste your money here, drive to CAFE for proper flower or go to a native dispensary so you can at least see what you're buying. Instead of being disappointed every time you open an OCS bag and take that first smell of underwhelming nothingness.
I’ve had an account for 7 months and have been buying from here almost every day. Today, all of a sudden, they refused to sell to me because I didn’t have my ID on me. I explained that I already had a registered account and asked them to check my number in the system, but they refused and told me to leave as if I was bothering them. Years ago under different staff I had this rated as a 5 star but haven't really been there in a few years. Recent visit they didn't have payment machine running because they forgot to plug it in so I payed more to take cash out of a machine, then tried overcharging me because they didn't update the website and didn't bother to look and check when I mentioned it. WORST STAFF, SO SORRY THAT I wasted my money here until now to be honest, I never ever recommend this place to anyone anymore until maybe the staff changes, they learn some respect and know how to talk to people and customers. You wanna buy a car one day I’ll treat you the same
