Toured this apartment complex and I'm looking to move in October! This is such a beautiful complex! Even though COVID-19 is going on Kristin made me feel like this was going to be my home. I will be putting application in when it is time for me to move in! Absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend!
The staff at Highlands 32 is always friendly and helpful.
I lived here for a year and really didn’t have a great experience. There was a high turnover rate with the staff and the parking garage door slammed down on my car and caused damage to my car. They never did anything to handle that situation with me. The location is great but was very poorly run.
So far, so good! I have lived here for two months and I have no complaints! Great Gym and awesome views. Sadly no hot tub but that keeps the average rental age higher so no complaints there!
The building is beautiful! Love the workout area and the walkable neighborhood. The maintenance staff is amazing, they quickly fixed anything I’ve had trouble with.
While the apartments are beautiful and in a great location, the management there is not worth it. I went through a horrible move out process and am not the only one in the building. They ended up charging me an extra $500 (so $1000 total) to extend my lease an extra month, which is not what they agreed to. No one would ever give me a copy of my move out inspection and for 5 months now, I cannot get a call back.
