I first started using Highland's after my Akita ripped her toenail off on the ice a few years ago. Since then they saved my year old cat after some dogs attacked him, and euthanized my neighbor's 12 year old cat when she couldn't be saved. I was impressed with how well they treated my kitty, and the amazing compassion they had for my neighbors. They even sent them with a card with their cats paw prints and some other stuff to help comfort them. They were so happy when they got that, and I was happy I referred them to this ve... read more
The only vet clinic I will take my dog to is Highland vet clinic. I like the way they take the extra care for my dog.they show concern for both you and your pet. Any time I have had a problem they have helped me. I have never been turned away. Thank you Highland vet clinic.
I live in Florida, but was traveling when my aussie, Cody, got very ill. I search for hours for a vet that would see Cody, as it was a Sunday. Only Dr Coulson would travel to the office, along with Becca, to help my fur kid. They went above & beyond to care for Cody & we will be forever grateful. Saying "Thank You" doesn't feel like it's enough compared to what you did for us. Brought my two labs in today for vaccinations. All of the staff that helped was amazing and very caring! My female lab had a reaction to one of the vaccines and when I returned to the clinic, I was greater in the waiting room and they took her back right away! Dr. McCarthy was great to work with!
I love everyone at HVH. Staff is knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Costin has gone out of her way to try to figure out my Eskie's thyroid issue. Everyone is always so friendly.
