I usually don’t write reviews because my experience with the doctors has always been excellent! However, I didn’t notice that there was a queue barrier at the front desk. When I approached, the receptionist told me that next time I should use the queue. I immediately explained that I had genuinely missed it and even offered to go back and join the queue.
