ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH BILLING IN MY LIFE!!!!!! I wish there were legal repercussions for this kind of incompetence and neglect. As someone who works in customer service and deals with invoicing clients I am absolutely appalled at whoever is managing this place.
I had a wonderful experience with the surgery center staff. They were incredibly helpful and friendly, making the entire transition smooth and stress -free. Everyone was so accommodating, and I truly appreciated how well they took care of my husband. However, my experience with the billing department was frustrating. Unfortunately, they have a consistent issue with billing errors. Not only do they often bill incorrectly, but it’s also nearly impossible to get in touch with them.
