I came in to see Dr. Knipe for a tonsillectomy. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, from the people at the front desk to the nurses, anesthesiologist, and surgeon. They all made me feel calm and well taken care of. I was pretty nervous about getting my tonsils taken out and worried about the pain and recovery, but they explained everything and supported me the whole way. Thanks to them, I feel so much better now, comfortable, and optimistic about getting back to normal quickly.
