Great place to rent storage unit from. Been with them 4 years with out any issues.
I cancelled my storage rental I rented online for this facility due to improperly advertised units. The owners ignore all my calls, the facility isn't secure, and they DO NOT take care of their customers. The units are open bay with other renters who don't even have locks on their units. I've been trying for over a month to get my money back. I've called the district attorney's office and now I'm calling the police department, because they won't return my calls to cancel and won't refund my deposit, and improperly advertise ... read more
This company is BAD!!! Stay away!! They will not stop charging our credit card months after discontinuing our storage site. Now they are charging us for late fees??? They haven’t reimbursed us for the months that they have been illegally charging us, despite us calling every month. Now they just hang up on us! This place needs to be shut down!!
