This review was in regards to a closing for *** & Smith, for a property in Jackson county listed by this firm and the agent noted below, which fell through in February 2023 and unfortunately, the matter is still ongoing today due to a stall on returning funds and reimbursement of related expenses to the buyer because of the failed transaction.
