Craig Berry has been handling a close friend's closing and has been absolutely the worst realtor-ZERO communication and follow through. None, zero, zilch...for buyers, other realtors and sellers alike. As a representative of Sotheby's Realty, he has proven to either not care about closings or only pays attention to those that rise to his preferred financial gain threshold. STAY AWAY and use another firm.
