We could not be more pleased with Cody at Highland Apartments. When we were searching, he was very good about answering calls and getting back to us promptly. He definitely gave us the best experience and acted like he wanted our business.
I love living here. It’s always so clean, safe and very quiet. The people that live here are all great people.
Lived here for 3 years in a 1 bd/br at about $885/mo. Opted for garage parking because SD has some brutal winters and having the heated garage means I don't have to wait to get going. Never had an issue with someone in my parking slot. Both the building and garage require card access, so I felt pretty safe. I've definitely had some neighbors who accidentally locked themselves out and had to ring my apt so I could buzz them in!
