The doctors are great, but as an office they have no idea how to appropriately allot time for visits. I have never seen the doctor on time. I’m usually waiting for 30 minutes in the room because their prior visit went long.
Advent Health, particularly the Highlands Ranch office, operates much like any other business, treating patients more as commodities than individuals. You’re essentially just a billing code to them. If you believe they genuinely care about you, you’re mistaken. Scheduling a wellness care visit can take months, but if you’re sick—or claim to be—they’ll get you in right away. Front desk staff are amazing. My doctor, not so much. Dr. Harmening is not responsive and takes forever to reply. She also doesn’t seem to really follow up or care about patients.
