My mom’s experience with this practice has been very upsetting. She went in for what was supposed to be a regular check-up, fully covered by her insurance. During the visit, she asked the doctor a few questions about her health. Because of that, the practice changed the billing code so it no longer counted as a preventive check-up, and she was charged much more than expected.
