I’m so sick and tired of refs being absolutely lazy and not understanding the game. The amount of times I’ve had a ref not understand what is going nor the rules of the game. DO NOT play basketball through HRCA.
The Highlands Ranch Community Association goes out of their way to make life for difficult for our residents. Even when you try to do things correctly and PAY extra fees to get all of the ridiculous approvals, you can't get a straight (or correct) answer from anyone who answers their phone. They don't actual care about the people who live here; they just care about all the fees and assessments they can collect.
