We have used this company for lawn aeration for many years. They always do an excellent job! They take noticeably deep plugs and always a large/dense number of plugs across our entire lawn area. No shortcuts here. Highly recommend!
Do not use this company. We scheduled an aeration with the guy and i could sense he had a rude energy on the phone but we gave him the benefit of the doubt. When he arrived at our house he was incredibly rude and immediately asked why we didn't leave the cheque under the doormat for payment before even unloading the aerator off his truck. Then he started spouting off about how it will be our responsibility if they hit one of our sprinklers even though our sprinklers were marked and on the edge of the lawn. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. I called the day before our service, which included aeration, top dressing to level, and over-seeding, to postpone the appointment until the snow melted. I was met with attitude and rudeness insisting snow on the ground wouldn’t affect these services. Personally, I wanted to wait to make sure the job was done right when conditions were adequate so that dirt and seed weren’t being thrown on top of snow. He insisted he does that all the time. Great lawn aeration. They were on time and did a amazing job. Big difference is they use a golf course grade aerator with 3X the plugs. And not the 1/4" to 1/2" plugs you normally see but 2" + deep plugs. Highly recommended.
If I could give "0" stars i would. I had this company out to blow out my sprinklers and Aeriate my Lawn. My mother in law was home when they arrived. They charged her to blow out 6 valves (since 6 wires were hooked up to my sprinkler controller), but only have 5 valves actually installed. They were insistent they did 6 (see photos). I'd love to know where the 6th valve is as this is the only sprinkler box.
