Rip off. They don’t acknowledge their errors or try to correct them. I paid a $50 application fee for a rental property that had the wrong pictures in their website. I contacted them and the company that processed my fee for a refund. They blew it off.
Allyson and Highland Property Management are great! As a tenant for the past 16 months, I have been very pleased with their prompt response to any issues we've had and their ability to stay on top of things. They always keep us informed on any open tickets and also anything that's going on in the neighborhood via text and email. They're an outstanding team!! If I had a rental property to be managed, I would definitely hire them to manage it. I highly recommend Allyson and her team.
