The best apartments in valley ranch! I have seen several management consultants switch. Though they were good the current crew is amazing. They look at opportunities to listen, help and also provide a great explanation on when it is not something they cannot support. A special call out to Jose, Darcie and Tien Le who have been just amazing in their support. It’s been a great experience at highlands largely due to them.
Very clean and family friendly environment!! Calm and relaxing. Feels very homey here. Love the natural lighting in the apartment home. Staff is so helpful and friendly :)
The office staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the whole experience easy and stress-free. Darcie is very kind and I felt welcomed and valued from the moment I walked in, thanks for everything!!
Best apartment community! A new manager started not too long ago, and I always see her out, walking the property and sometimes picking up trash. Anytime that I have had an interaction with her she is always very friendly. 10 out of 10 would recommend if you’re looking for a place to live in this area.
Tien Le is amazing! She help me so much from beginning to end. I don’t know many things at first, but she explain very well, very patient, always answer my questions fast. Make everything easy for me. I feel very comfortable and not stress. The apartment is nice, quiet, good location. But really, the staff matters too! Thank you so much!
