I liked apartment & community. No sound pollution, no disturbance from other community people. Management is also very nice, No issues found as of now.
Update: In addition to multiple issues without any compensation, the renewal is 10% higher. My unit has had water issues multiple times, similar to the review from Brookyln McDaniel. First issue was leaking water near the window/drywall/ chimney from Feb 14. It was fixed but then it happened again on Feb 19. In April, another water leak happened but this time, it was a burst pipe from the shower. In June, the first issue that was "fixed" was leaking water again. Once again, they said it was fixed. My five stars is for ELIJAH!!!! Only Elijah. He is professional kind and efficient. Anytime I have an issue he is willing to help and that is a wonderful feeling especially when the office changes workers a lot. Keep up the great work Elijah.
Would highly recommend anyone and everyone to live here in this community. the staff are simply wonderful. All my work orders are always completed at an orderly fashion. At first I was hesitant when reading the reviews before applying but I decided to give them a chance and now I won’t look back. I have officially resigned my lease. I love it here!!!!
