I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this apartment. I have been dealing with an ongoing ant and pest problem that made the apartment feel completely unlivable. I repeatedly reached out to management and requested help, including asking to terminate my lease because of the conditions, but my concerns were not properly addressed and my messages were not responded to. I love this apartment complex! , I have lived here for over 3 years, they keep the community clean and safe, the leasing office staff is very friendly and professional and are always happy to help with any issues! Im happy to call Birchstone my home!
