Nice place! Free parking, plenty of room in the homes. The frequent events are great! Lotta smokers, though.
Awful experience with Preserve at Preston. The property manager here is dishonest and unreliable — I was repeatedly told their move-in special (waived admin fee + $500 off) applied through all of August. The leasing office even confirmed this by phone, and their own website/rent calculator still shows the offer for later dates. Yet the manager suddenly backtracked, claimed it only applied to Aug 15 move-ins, and then canceled my lease altogether when I challenged them with proof. I love living here at preserve. All of there staff is simply wonderful especially the leasing agent Elijah, i am very grateful for him and the preserve. 100 percent recommend everyone to live here at this community. 🤩🤩
