Time and time again, this apartment is timely with work orders. Great people, it’s a fabulous apartment complex, seriously! Very quiet and peaceful.
Let this be your last option to lease there are better and more upgraded , CLEANER , cheaper places around the area, They dont know how to deal with anyone and horrible to deal with. TRUST ME take your business elsewhere.
I’ve lived at The Preserve at Preston for two years, and during that time the management company has changed four times. That alone should tell you something. The property is poorly managed and unsafe. The parking lot has rats, trash everywhere, and children playing in the streets, regularly hitting cars with balls. What started as an amazing place to live turned out to the best worse especially since “new management” stepped in. I had constant problems with neighbors smoking weed and letting their dog potty off their balcony with no help or correction from management. They hardly ever call back or respond to emails in a timely manner, they claim to be too busy when you go to the front office and if you get help they are argumentative, flippant, and unknowable of their own polices and procedures. Recently moved out from this complex. The area is nice, and the complex felt very safe and home-y. If you are a downstairs apartment, you hear EVERYTHING above you. I lived here for years, listening to people stomping, people yelling, loud fiesta music, and even hearing when they flushed the toilets. My upstairs neighbors were probably more annoying than most, because I swear the only time they were quiet was from 3am-5am.
