Update March 2026: Another water issue. This time, water is leaking from upstairs when they turn on the water for shower. Update: In addition to multiple issues without any compensation, the renewal is 10% higher. My unit has had water issues multiple times, similar to the review from Brookyln McDaniel. First issue was leaking water near the window/drywall/ chimney from Feb 14. It was fixed but then it happened again on Feb 19. If you get apartment 3404 refuse to move in. The chimney is infested with hornets we got 40 confirmed kills so far using a broom and chancla because they told us to just light a fire and hope it goes away. *Edit* the new management, Birchstone, had pest control come finally. Thank you!
Living in this property is the best; it's very organized and clean. The office team is very friendly and efficient. Annah is excellent at treating residents, Jose Gabriel Felix and Hermes are excellent maintenance team members.
We have made numerous complaints to Eden in regards to our apartment flooding, since May, and nothing has been done to resolve this issue. We have a 7 month old baby, that can not safely crawl on the floors because they flood every other week. This is not acceptable. I would beware of the unprofessionalism of the front office staff, especially Eden, before deciding to lease here Lazy maintenance workers that always have an attitude whenever there is an issue with our apartment
