Very poor management! It use to be ok, before appartments got sold to new investors. Cant wait for my lease to end.

Update March 2026: Another water issue. This time, water is leaking from upstairs when they turn on the water for shower. Update: In addition to multiple issues without any compensation, the renewal is 10% higher. My unit has had water issues multiple times, similar to the review from Brookyln McDaniel. First issue was leaking water near the window/drywall/ chimney from Feb 14. It was fixed but then it happened again on Feb 19.
