Absolutely awful experience. Management is completely incompetent and lazy. Maintenance is a joke - roof leaks, wasps in the fireplace, AC does not work for days and they do nothing. Bathtub paint peels off, carpet is filthy with stains from years of pet accidents. For the outrageous rent, you can find MUCH better places in Plano. Old, disgusting, and falling apart - but worst of all is the useless management. Avoid at all costs.

I’ve lived here since late March, and I honestly regret signing the lease. For $1700+ a month, you’d expect basic things to work but this place is an overpriced disaster. Let’s start with the bugs. They’ve been a problem since we moved in. Not just a few I’m talking like pest control was skipped entirely. The bathtub started peeling within two weeks some weird white coating just flaking off. Things were going well. I chose an apartment I could afford and I chose this place based on price, not on amenities. They just posted a bunch of signs saying they are going to tow us if we don't register and that our guests have to scan a qr code and register what hours they will park here. Something I loved about this place was how easy it was to just invite people over and not have to direct them to specific parking spots or have them jump through hoops.It would be fine if we just had to type our info into the site and tha... read more
