My husband , two children and I lived in a townhouse here for a year. We were new to the area and needed a temporary living situation until we bought a house. We had no issues here. Maintenance came when requested. The college kids weren’t too loud. We even got our full deposit back which I have come to find that most apartment/townhouse complexes try to find ways not to give you the money back. I would recommend this place. It was a great place to live!
If you’re looking looking for a good looking place that’s terribly built and poorly managed, this is for you. If not, do NOT live here. Management is terrible. They don’t care about your problems. They just want your money. Look for housing literally anywhere else.
I moved to this property at Jan 15 2015. The maintenance is basically a headache. The service guy never show up. I had an issue with a Mole inside my house they never responded positively or try to solve it. Save your money on something nicer than this house.
