I have been a long time resident and since the new owners and management has taken over this place has been going down hill. They are no longer including garages in the leases causing parking problems as there are not enough parking spots for all the units, even if every unit only had one car. They do nothing about non-resident \broken down cars being left for months at a time. Complaints and concerns hardly get addressed and if they do it is some AI generated response. I have lived here for almost 3 years. I have to say Highlands is by far one of the best apartment complex to rent from in this area. The office staff is jand down amazing. They address your concern in a timely manner. The maintenance staff Jim and Adam usually The same day you make maintenance request. The apartments are updated and beautiful. Im moving out of state but if I ever came back I would definitely rent here again. The pool is also amazing
