I have loved every experience living here, anytime I’ve had issues I’ve contacted the office and they resolved it with diligence and made sure I was happy!
I have been a long time resident and since the new owners and management has taken over this place has been going down hill. They are no longer including garages in the leases causing parking problems as there are not enough parking spots for all the units, even if every unit only had one car. They do nothing about non-resident \broken down cars being left for months at a time. Complaints and concerns hardly get addressed and if they do it is some AI generated response.
