4 years running broken pipes every year
Thankfully we are renting month to month, because I can't begin to explain how awful this place is! The air was broken when we moved in, the downstairs smells of urine and the upstairs smelled like cigarette smoke. The lady at the front office is beyond rude and the maintenance men are very unprofessional and beyond rude as well. All the neighbors are old and rude. We leased a villa with the thoughts of long term and rasing our children here and growing old. This is not quality housing at all--the heating is at a crazy cost +500 monthly..They removed no snow other then what the twnship does and salt was not put on the ice Please make sure the electric is what you exspect- and note the propane fireplace has no blower--this makes it just for looks.
