High turn over rate, never any staff in the office, never return calls or emails. Apartments haven't been upgraded, just how it was originally built. But want to increase rent without good applicanes, pool is either dirty or closed. No amenities, never events. I couldn't even get my carpet cleaned for my renewal. I've been reaching out for 2 months for a negotiation and no response. I only live here for convenience.*** Update I wish I could give Negative stars, after 2 months asking and all the issues just within my 1st year... read more
nice and clean environment but be prepared to pay $200 or more in water every month with no explanation.
I have live here more than 2 years already at highlands Apartamentes in Grand prairie and I love it very clean ,safely and it is a very quiet neighborhood !! Also its Pet friendly which was perfect!! The staff are very sweet and helpful Ms. Samantha and Ms. Diana Mendoza always greets you with a bright smile!!! I recommed 100%
