I recommend the ownership breakdown these new rent adding ...capital improvements/property taxes/insurance.... aren’t these items the cost to be born by the owners? PROPERTY TAXES? INSURANCE? I already pay both on my space which I don’t own, now I have to pay a portion of the entire parks? Do I get a tax bill I can identify with to get a break on my income taxes? Property taxes are a write off so we’re paying the owners portion AND THEY HET THE WRITEOFF TOO?!!
Well first off. get rid of the bad Management. Make a limit to how many adults occupy. Open that guard shack at the entrance. Many will of free will they will just do it. I have never seen so much trash.And its raining and I get a weed report.Oh mercy. I have drugs going over the brick walls. I dont think 8 adults and 7 kids are legal???I also have plumbing issues not to code Its not me its the park. They tore up my yard. The place smells like a big catbox. there are so many feral cats its nuts. even coyote urine doesn't help... parking restrictions are not enforced equally.
