The staff and Dr. Casey are very caring, professional and friendly. They keep a close check of appointments and make sure your needs are met. This is one of the best doctor and staff I've had.
Highlands Medical and Wellness is amazing . Dr. Casey has the best bedside and caring manner . I've had a great experience there in the 2 years of being a patient. Dr Casey, Carmen , and staff are very accommodating , professional , friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this practice !!
I have $00.00 copay and Dr Van Tran is in network, yet the office made me pay $120 stating that they do not see my credentials in their system. I thought this was strange. I went home to verify with my insurance and indeed I was in network. I followed up a month later to check on the claim. It was submitted by the doctor’s office and my insurance paid $163. RUN DONT WALK!!!! This place is absolutely terrible from the doctors down to the staff. They are the most unprofessional establishment I have ever been too. I do not recommend. If I could give them zero stars I would .
