Dropping down to "1 Star" after discovering a mouse in my apartment. The management explained that these things can happen when you "live in the woods" and "in a conservation area." This is Overland Park, next to Quick Trip and 435. A few trees surrounding a "luxury apartment complex" hardly justifies such terminology. "Luxury" needs to be removed from the sign out front. It's quiet. It has very spacious apartments. The staff is awesome! It feels like home the moment you walk in.

The fun starts as soon as you arrive! Breakfast was awesome, the beds were 1 st class.. every time we visit they always treat us like family.. look no further in Highlands this is your home away from 🏠 home

I absolutely love my apartment. The staff & maintenance are great. They promptly fix an issue. Upstairs neighbors are rowdy but not unmanageable.
