Clerks were very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. There was no pressure to buy anything even though we did. We trust their in house jewelers and that’s why we shop with them. I’ve been purchasing jewelry here for a few years and have always been satisfied. Last year I had them design a custom necklace with a rare stone. WWOJ 99.1 radio station advertised about Highlands Jewelers so my wife had gone to them for an earlier fix which they did a fantastic job. I just had repairs done to a watch and they did a great job for that too. They are a family business in our county and I would highly recommend Highland Jewelers to anyone.
