I took a ring in to have it checked out and they determined that 9 of the 12 prongs needed to be re built. They did an excellent job. The ring has been passed down 3 generations and when I picked it up, it looked like a brand new ring. Excellent customer service and very quick turn around. I would highly recommend them, great family owned business.
