They come & replace the pop up drain & put a new straight pvc piece into the p-trap of the sink. That work took like 15 mins. They did not have the right replacement part, so I have a pop up drain that doesn’t match any of the fixtures or sink handle. The fixtures are all brushed dark bronze, the new pop up is shiny chrome. Not thrilled about that, but I’m also not willing that they drag this out any longer & have to order one to come back WEEKS later to install it. So we reluctantly just go with it. Sadly, a seemingly well-respected business has changed. I have recently experienced 2 of the worst customer service interactions I’ve ever had with a service provider with Highlands Heating & Plumbing. Because of other positive reviews online & because Highlands is a local business close to us that we would like to support; we decided to call them to do plumbing work at our home. Mistake.
