My father was in rehab here and it was a horrible experience. The people that work there don’t really care about the residents. My father was supposed to be transported to dialysis two times a week and they messed up not one but two Saturdays in a row not sending him with the lift he needed to get into the chair for dialysis. I recently spent a week at my mother's home at Newcastle Place (IL). As in past visits, Marion, who works at the front desk was pleasant, responsive and informative. She rebooted my mom's television and put in a work order for a new cable box for her second bedroom. We were very appreciative of her immediate response.
