My father was in rehab here and it was a horrible experience. The people that work there don’t really care about the residents. My father was supposed to be transported to dialysis two times a week and they messed up not one but two Saturdays in a row not sending him with the lift he needed to get into the chair for dialysis. The dialysis place was only 10 minutes away From Newcastle, so you think they would go back and get what they needed so he could get the medical care that was required.
