I recently spent a week at my mother's home at Newcastle Place (IL). As in past visits, Marion, who works at the front desk was pleasant, responsive and informative. She rebooted my mom's television and put in a work order for a new cable box for her second bedroom. We were very appreciative of her immediate response. Rick, in maintenance, was wonderfully efficient at resolving plumbing issues within the apartment. Keith, in Food Services, was attentive to the needs of diners. So many of these negative reviews are from potential employees that weren't hired. I'm glad because my mom has lived there for over ten years and deserves ( and gets) the best care from the best employees!
