Beautiful selection of jewelry is what earned 2 stars. Owner & operator is the rudest store clerk in highlands. We’ve made the mistake of going here twice now, and both times the owner was rather sour and unwelcoming.
I randomly stopped in as headed into my hotel. Wow! The estate pieces are absolutely incredible. I wish I had more time to look, but was on a tight schedule. Joe and Claudia were super nice. Even though I expressed that I was just browsing, Joe shows me the wine bar and art pieces. Wonderful experience. Just wish I had more time!
Excellent! Claudia and Joe are wonderful. The selection of new and estate jewelry is huge. The art glass is amazing. A must stop and shop for anyone visiting Highlands!
If you wish to review friendliness, customer service or anything about the owner it may not be a good review. The store is very nice and they carry a wide variety of very nice items. We have gone to this store for years and enjoy each visit. The wine room they have opened is very nice. We always try to help and support stores we like by purchasing what we can.
