I don’t see how a dermatologist office is so booked up for months out . If you have to reschedule in honestly think they make you wait even longer . Due to unforeseen circumstances when you give them a months notice of having to change your appointment date . It’s like they get upset because they have to look in their calendar to find a different time and day. Sorry you guys have to answer phones. So disappointing with this office . After reading all the reviews I can relate to these people’s reviews.

I had to cancel my appointment today because I am sick. The person that took my call was very rude. Another appointment was going to be 2 months away. My first appointment was May 27 so I ask to be on a cancellation list. I was called last week with several dates and times I could be seen quicker. When I called back Cassandra answered and wasn’t any help either. She wanted me to talk to the office manager when I said I was going to leave a review for the office. The person answering the phone makes or breaks the business.

I finally made an appointment with Amber in 2022 to my mom’s persistent that it be a skin infection. Where she didn’t even look at it for 3 mins before saying it was herpes and even after I told her my family has no history of herpes and I have no dating life to get herpes. She stated that “ I picked it up from school and I should just learn to ... read more

If it wasn't for Highland Dermatology, I would have lost my leg to NLD. I've been going to them since 1993, this will always be my Dermatology home. Dr Hall and Amber are the absolute best!!
