If it wasn't for Highland Dermatology, I would have lost my leg to NLD. I've been going to them since 1993, this will always be my Dermatology home. Dr Hall and Amber are the absolute best!!

I had a rash appear in late 2020 over the course of a year it was diagnosed virtually as parasites due to Covid. I was given oral meds. But the rash kept getting worse. I finally made an appointment with Amber in 2022 to my mom’s persistent that it be a skin infection. Where she didn’t even look at it for 3 mins before saying it was herpes and even after I told her my family has no history of herpes and I have no dating life to get herpes. My daughter had Appt scheduled for May 22nd, Highlands called to cancel appt day before. Next available Aug 19th. Got text day before saying it’s been cancelled again. I call office, next available appt is January. They have cancelled twice, the day before. They offer no apology, no offer to squeeze you in, no offer to try and get a sooner appt, no I’m sorry we have cancelled. I understand emergencies happen, but have the decency to work with the patient since you have cancelled twice. Don’t just push off another several mon... read more

Received my appointment in the mail for 11/29/2023 which was about 2 months away. I was not happy about it but decided that was probably the first available appointment they had. On 10/27/2023 I received another letter in the mail stating my appointment was pushed out until 2/21/2024. IF it had been delayed a couple weeks I could have understood, but 3 months, really.
