Dr. Smith delivered my sweet boy November 7th. I saw Dr. Smith at Highlands my entire pregnancy. What an amazing experience! The entire staff is absolutely wonderful and Dr. Smith particularly was just exceptional! I’m so thankful for Dr. Smith and am grateful to him for taking such good care of me and my little guy!
Let me first say I love this practice and Dr. Ryan. Normally I am in and out very quickly here, but not today. My appt was for 10:30, arrived at 10:17. At 11:25 I was taken back and waited until Dr. Ryan came in at 11:46 I understand things (emergencies) come up at an obgyn that can cause delays, but the staff should notify patients by either calling them or when they come in that they are running x amount of time behind so the patient can choose to reschedule.
Dr. Smith is an amazing doctor. Although I only saw Dr. Ryan a few times I also really enjoyed her. There are really no words to describe how much I love highlands center and everyone who works there! My family and I have been through a lot and had a very hard time for about a year after my son was born. Even though I already delivered and didnt really need anything from highlands they went over and beyond to help us and be there for us. I can not say enough positive things about this facility! Since day 1 i have had such an amazing caring experience with everyone that works here. I had multiple complications with my pregnancy and Dr. Smith, Dr. Ryan, and Dr. Brodie were extremely proactive and concerned. I was very well taken care of and every employee from the front desk, intake, nurses, labs, and financing was awesome and helpful.
