The sales transaction was beautiful, and the used auto sold as is was favorably maintained. I live in another state, the process was completed online and by mail. I am grateful the auto salespersons conducted their business honorably.
Absolute disaster! Drove 6 hours from Ohio to pick up a car I bought on Ebay, only to find out that the car had front end damage that was not disclosed. The bumper was not attached to the right side of the car. The hood did not align with the fender and the front grill due to an obvious front end accident. I could slide my hand under the hood of the car when it was in the closed position. I asked why the front end damage was not disclosed or pictures taken of it. Wasn't given a response.... I left.
