You won't find a better value for your money or a more pleasant place to rent in the area. Units are well-constructed with high-end touches that you don't normally see in rentals. If you have any maintenance issues, they are addressed right away. Staff are friendly and responsive. This used to be a 5-star review shortly after we moved in, but with recent changes, I feel this rating better reflects the current experience. In the beginning of 2025, Highlands at Warwick sent out an email requiring all residents regardless of whether they own pets to create a PetScreening profile. This service costs $25/year on top of the normal pet rent fees and is supposedly used to verify pet vaccinations and vet records. We have lived at the Highlands since June 2019. It’s now the day before Thanksgiving 2024. Since then, we’ve enjoyed our time here, it’s been a wonderful place to live. On site maintenance staff is quick to respond, friendly, and courteous. Our refrigerator is experiencing an issue with its Ice Maker. I submitted a request for maintenance after normal business hours; the next morning staff arrived to troubleshoot. Needing a replacement part, it was ordered immediately.
