Joel is very good at what he does!
Too many last minute maintenance without adequate prior notice; no options to opt out or to reschedule. If property mgmt forgets to give enough adequate notice, you the tenant suffers for it because they just schedule no-option to schedule last minute barge-in’s to do whatever they need. Highly intrusive; 3-4 times a year. Creeping (up) prices on various monthly fees. Very little transparency. Outside of property mgmt, decent neighborhood and facilities.

Maintenance requests and safety concerns are promptly and professionally addressed. The office and Joel (on-site maintenance) are very conscientious! I truly appreciate them! Thank you!
