I moved here from Florida in August. The apartment is well done with the exception of noise control. I listen to my neighbors from morning to night and cannot wait to move out. If you value your quiet time and/or simply wish to be able to watch your television or listen to music at a normal level, that is not possible. I have to turn everything up to a high level to mask the noise from above. Kevin S.
