We rent at Oxford Manor apartments in ***********, **. I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to ***** from maintenance and his crew. Sunday night at 11;10 pm my toilet breaks and floods the bedroom, the kitchen next to bedroom. Within 30 minutes, a water restoration company showed up to vacuum the water and install dryers(6 of them) and a dehumidifier. First thing Monday morning ***** reaches out to me to let me know that they are going to install a new toilet today. By the time I got home at 2 pm the toilet was already installed!!!... read more

The ********************* encouraged my student to allow his account to go into collections in order to get rental assistance from Our *******. Our ******* will not give assistance to my student because he no longer resides at the property. However, the property would not allow him to stay and not pay rent. We lived at Village West for pretty much 9 yrs. Upon our lease about to be renewed we were told that we couldn't renew bc we were late on rent THREE TIMES in nine years. So, we had to scramble to find a place to live. We finally found a place and are left an invoice of almost $900. They want us to replace the refrigerator and pay for pest control which we told them countless times we needed them to come spray and is included in our lease. BoardWalk Apartments on ****************************************************** Roaches are unbelievable! Do not recommend to live there unless you would like roaches crawling on you in your sleep, nose and mouth. Complex needs to shut down to remove all Roaches from every apartment. Apartments are old and dry rotten! Maintenance paints over mold in apartments and half fix maintenance request! Roaches are eating though the walls! Walls are very THIN! Seminole grand AND THE COLLIER COMPANY, Whom it is owned by does not clean their apartments. My brother leased an apartment through them. They showed us the demo, which was perfect, clean no bugs or mess. However once we get the keys to his LIVING quarters. It was FILTHY, the outside of the apartment had clutter in front of the door. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by the occupants whom already live there (ROACHES). My daughter has been living here for a year at the Crossing at Santa Fe. She has had continual issues. She has had things stolen not be others living there but by companies that are hired to do work in the apartment. The recent issue is no internet or spotty internet service. Internet is included in the rent. She has asked for credit for her rent since the internet doesn't work to no avail. She has to leave her apartment at night and spend hours at a local business to get internet service so that she can get her school work ... read more

Often I found that there was a lot of noise echo in the 3rd floor apartment I was in. Granted, the vaulted ceiling that is built into it can lend such an experience, but I was surprised and soon frustrated to discover that the echo effect was palpable even to 2nd story residents below, as well as to the side. While in other apartments, in other complexes around the world, I've been able to test out the noise echo and didn't experience any noise complaints. All I can really say is that the people in this company are money hungry crooks who will raise the prices without any consideration of their College student tenants. Avoid getting an apartment from them at all costs.
